Questions
How does the couple compatibility test work?
You answer 12 this-or-that questions, like early bird or night owl and splitting the check or taking turns. Then you send the link. The other person answers the same 12, and you both see a match percent, where you click and where you’ll argue.
How is the score calculated?
By a fixed rule, not AI. The score is the share of questions you answered the same way. Four questions people often disagree about (fights, reply time, the check, weekends) count double. Random answers average 50%, so a high score means you really did answer alike.
Can friends or roommates take it?
Yes. It works for couples, situationships, friends and roommates. The questions are everyday habits, so anyone you spend time with can take it with you.
Do you see our answers or names?
No. Your answers and first name are packed into the part of the link after the #, which browsers never send to a server. The score is worked out in the browser. If analytics is on, we only record that the test was finished, whether you sent or answered it, and which of the five result bands came up.
Is a low score bad?
No. It’s a game, not a prediction. A low score just means you answered differently, and the “Where you’ll argue” lines are a good place to start talking.
