How does Ask the Group Chat work?
Tap who it is, what they did, how long it’s been and what you want to do. Four friends react, argue and vote, at least 3 to 1, on one of four moves: text him, ask him out, leave him on read or delete his number.
Should I text him first?
If you want to and nothing about it feels off, yes. Keep it short and easy to answer, then let their reply tell you the rest. If you’ve been waiting weeks for a reply, the silence is already an answer.
Is the group chat AI?
No. The four friends are characters with lines written ahead of time; simple rules in your browser pick and mix them, so the same story plays a little differently each time. Tap “Argue again” for a new debate.
Does it work if it’s a her or a them?
Yes. Pick him, her or them on the first question, and the whole chat, the vote and the picture follow.
Do you save what I tap?
No. The chat is made in your browser and your taps are never sent anywhere. The pictures are made on your phone too. There’s no sign-up and no email. If analytics is on, we only record that a chat finished and which of the four verdicts came up, and, if you save or share the picture, which verdict and whether it was the story, the square or the share sheet.
